With over a decade of headhunting experience in financial services, Rick has built himself an extensive network of C-level clients and is exceptionally adept at talent management and acquisition through various types of projects. Thereafter, Rick created Captar Partners to provide one-stop premium recruitment services across all functions and consultants in the Financial Services industry.
