- Proactively seek out and develop strategic partnerships and revenue-generating opportunities with corporate clients (B2B)
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including executives and HR personnel, at target organizations
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to conceptualize and negotiate innovative programs and offerings
- Guide prospects through the full sales process, from prospect identification to contract closure
- Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing client success
- Oversee all relevant business and legal documentation, ensuring completeness and proper handling
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients
- Prepare high-impact, customized proposals, pitching materials, and other sales collateral
- Experience in a business development, sales, or account management role
- Good command of verbal and written English, at a Business English level
- Outgoing, agile, and enjoy managing both internal and external relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Growth mindset and a team player
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
