Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Customer Service team to deliver superior and efficient services.
- Actively address enquiries and resolve customer complaints, enhancing our focus on customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and enhance the team’s expertise and skills.
- Oversee external vendor performance to ensure compliance with service agreements and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, managing the complete lifecycle of system improvements.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify problems, propose resolutions, and execute improvement plans for customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer engagement, experience, or service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are highly valued.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Familiarity with the Life/Health insurance sector is advantageous.
