Job description

My client is a global freight forwarding company, who is seeking a dynamic and results-driven global Field Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a global sales team, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities by visiting potential clients and presenting our logistics solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in field sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Personality: Polish, confident and extroverted with a sense of curiosity
  • Language: Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients.
