My client is a global freight forwarding company, who is seeking a dynamic and results-driven global Field Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a global sales team, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer relationships.

- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities by visiting potential clients and presenting our logistics solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in field sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Personality: Polish, confident and extroverted with a sense of curiosity
- Language: Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients.
