My client the leading solution provider is seeking for the Business analysts for their Malaysia Branch. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the products meet client requirements while driving innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with architects and developers to design and implement effective solutions that meet business objectives and technical standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, process maps, and user guides.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback, present findings, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
- Assist in the testing process by developing test cases, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating that solutions meet specified requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices to enhance the overall efficiency of project delivery.
- Analyze potential risks associated with technical solutions and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on technical solutions in a solution provider environment.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
