Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional for the role of Regional User Growth Channels Operation. This position will be responsible for managing key business performance indicators, optimizing operational strategies, and driving growth in the regional market.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management:
   
   • Take direct responsibility for key business performance indicators.
   • Track and monitor data in the regional market, promptly addressing changes and advancing the planning and implementation of operational strategies.
   • Continuously refine and optimize strategies based on platform data and customer behavior.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   
   • Monitor channel operation data, perform comprehensive data analysis, and prepare reports.
   • Provide actionable recommendations for improvements and optimize promotional strategies, considering overseas market indicators and KPIs.
3. Business Understanding:
   
   • Develop a deep understanding of the business by integrating business characteristics and customer profiles.
   • Execute targeted operations throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring effective implementation of promotional initiatives both on-site and off-site to achieve revenue objectives.
4. Market Analysis:
   
   • Analyze the competitive landscape by gathering and organizing market data, user feedback, and competitor insights.
   • Offer support and recommendations for business decisions, focusing on the latest trends and developments in the Web3 sector.
5. Resource Coordination:
   
   • Strategically coordinate resources across multiple stakeholders.
   • Formulate strategies to effectively align the company’s internal and external brands, communities, markets, partners, and other resources to meet business goals.

Job Requirements:

1. Investment Knowledge:
   
   • Familiarity with investment categories such as stock funds is essential, with preference for candidates who have trading experience.
2. Industry Awareness:
   
   • Stay updated on financial industry trends, understand investor needs and psychology, and possess keen insights into user behavior.
3. Promotion Expertise:
   
   • Knowledge of various internet product promotion methods and operational processes at each stage of the investor lifecycle is required.
4. Project Management Skills:
   
   • Strong project management and team collaboration skills are necessary to develop work plans and manage project timelines effectively.
5. Analytical Skills:
   
   • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to adjust operational strategies and optimize actions based on performance data.
6. Communication Proficiency:
   
   • Proficient English communication skills are needed to effectively engage with international teams, partners, and global clients.
7. Research and Analysis:
   
   • Experience in market research and data analysis, with familiarity in commonly used research methods and tools.
   • Strong data analysis skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset, along with an understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.
8. Flexibility and Adaptability:
   
   • Capable of problem-solving and decision-making analysis, able to quickly address various challenges and adapt to the demands and changes of overseas markets.
