A prestigious luxury brand is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive the success of their e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring a seamless and luxurious online experience for their customers.

- Conduct user interviews, workshops, and demonstrations to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create comprehensive documentation (use cases, functional specifications, user stories) that clearly outlines business requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop and propose solutions to address business challenges and improve e-commerce operations.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, specifically Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Shopify Plus.
- Experience with platform features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for platform implementation and customization.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web application development principles and methodologies.
- Experience in analyzing user journeys, identifying pain points, and proposing solutions for enhanced user experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for mobile and web application development.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Participate in the implementation and testing of solutions, ensuring successful integration and deployment.
- Experience in integrating e-commerce platforms with other systems (CRM, POS, ESB/API) is a significant plus.
- Ability to analyze data flows, identify integration points, and ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
- Analyze existing e-commerce processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the e-commerce domain.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web application development principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with integration of e-commerce platforms with CRM, POS, ESB/API systems.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience with testing and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and additional Asian language will be beneficial
