About The Team: Trading Product Group is responsible for designing all products on our client's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, and trading options. We are looking for a Senior Trading Product Manager to join the Trading Experience team. The successful candidate will oversee the development and delivery of our products, define and execute product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that our offerings meet the needs of traders during onboarding and enhance their Spot & Derivatives trading experience.

Work Arrangements

Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, with a 1-hour break each day.
Location: Based in Singapore/Hong Kong (Work From Home) — Open to other locations as well.
Shifts:
- Shift A: 1:30 AM to 9:30 AM (Fridays to Tuesdays)
- Shift B: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Mondays to Wednesdays), 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Weekends)
- Shift C: 1:30 AM to 9:30 AM (Wednesdays & Thursdays), 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Fridays to Sundays)

What You’ll Be Doing

Monitor risk-related solutions for our client's crypto asset trading products, including mark price, liquidation systems, and insurance funds.
Identify potential market risks and propose strategies for optimizing risk control parameters to minimize losses from abnormal events and enhance the growth of the insurance fund.
Analyze real-time market data and risk indicators to quickly identify abnormalities and potential risks. Take appropriate actions to manage reports and implement risk control plans upon discovering potential risks.
Collaborate with product managers to utilize risk monitoring tools for identifying and analyzing malicious user behavior. Implement risk control measures for malicious users and prepare reports for compliance and legal teams.
Develop a deep understanding of the platform's risk control mechanisms and principles, offering suggestions for optimizing our risk systems based on market monitoring.

What We Look For In You

A strong interest in trading, blockchain, and the financial industry.
3+ years of experience in Risk Management, preferably within the trading domain.
Strong analytical skills, with a keen sensitivity to data and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent logical thinking and a collaborative team player who takes ownership of projects.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional settings to solve problems and achieve goals aligned with the team's objectives.

Nice-To-Haves

Personal trading experience or education in financial risk management.
Proficiency in data analysis, with extensive experience using Excel, SQL, Python, and other analytical tools.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, as you may collaborate with Mandarin-speaking tech individuals from cross-functional teams.
