Technical Solutions Lead

We are seeking a talent to lead the design and implementation of innovative business solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with client subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive integration architecture and end-to-end solutions. You will also provide mentorship to junior architects, create and maintain essential technical documentation, and stay updated on industry trends. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cloud technologies, software development methodologies, and client-facing management, along with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Creation of Solutions by overseeing the development of business solution frameworks and integration architecture, collaborating with client subject matter experts to offer specialized guidance.
• Design and Implement Solutions; Architect, develop, and deploy comprehensive solutions for large retail enterprises using the platform, fostering innovation and challenging conventional approaches.
• Work closely with diverse teams, including product managers, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and update essential technical documents such as architecture diagrams, integration manuals, and technical specifications.
• Provide guidance and leadership to solution architects and consultants within the organization.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry developments to ensure the solutions remain competitive and relevant.
• Encourage a diverse and innovative global workplace, utilizing cultural variety to boost creativity and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience as management level, with a proven history of designing and implementing enterprise solutions for scalable companies.
• Demonstrated experience in steering software product vision, roadmap, and architecture.
• Proven ability to effectively lead and mentor solution architects and consultants.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud-based architectures and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, patterns, and best practices.
• Exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Self-driven with a proactive mindset towards innovation and problem-solving.
• Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• In-depth understanding of business needs in the retail supply chain management sector and client facing.
