Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments
- Manage the accounts payable lifecycle, including invoice tracking, payment processing, and vendor communication
- Handle accounts receivable tasks such as invoicing customers, following up on outstanding payments, and resolving billing disputes
- Maintain detailed financial records and perform regular account reconciliations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and audits
- Identify process improvements and implement streamlined workflows
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Internship or relevant coursework experience in accounts payable/receivable or finance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
