Job Description:
As the Store Planning Executive, you will play a critical role in the design and execution of retail environments that embody their brand's luxury ethos. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to spearhead store planning projects from concept to completion, ensuring that every detail aligns with their vision for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage store planning and event projects, support execution of all phases from initial concept to final implementation.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and internal stakeholders to develop innovative store layouts and design solutions.
- Ensure that all designs meet brand standards, operational requirements, and budget constraints.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate potential retail locations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in store planning or retail design, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of luxury retail aesthetics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
