My client is a leading Supply Chain Management company. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in driving the sales growth and strategic development. You will lead a dynamic team of sales professionals and work closely with cross-functional departments to achieve our ambitious revenue targets.

- Proactively identify prospective customers and follow up to cultivate new business opportunities and expand the sales pipeline
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new client contracts
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer demands, and opportunities for business expansion
- Leverage the company's internal resources to effectively execute sales plans and foster long-term, revenue-generating relationships with assigned or hunted accounts
- Collaborate with the global sales team to establish marketing and sales strategies aligned with the company's goals
- Prepare timely and accurate management reports, and implement necessary corrective actions as per the company's policies and specifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience
- Candidates from logistics / supply chain / freight forwarding industry has an added advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work as a team
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Sales Executive
