This leading Insurer is looking for seasoned compliance talent to join their team covering pension business due to business expansion. Great exposure and great remuneration package are provided.

job scope.
As the Compliance Manager in a Leading Insurer covering pension business, your key responsibility will be to:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures specific to the eMPF and MPF sectors.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization's operations, ensuring timely implementation of necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and enhance compliance measures.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the company during audits and inspections.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key compliance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance is integrated into business processes.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compliance within the eMPF and MPF sectors.
requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of [X years] experience in compliance roles within the financial services sector, specifically in eMPF or MPF.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the eMPF and MPF sectors.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with various stakeholders.
