This well-reputed Regional Bank is looking for seasoned fixed income trader to join their team due to great success in their business last year. You will be joining a team of 5, assisting the portfolio manager. Great worklife balance and great stability are provided.

As the Fixed Income Trader in a well-reputed Regional Bank, your key responsibility will be:
- Develop sophisticated investment strategies for fixed income portfolios, contributing to the optimization of asset allocation and performance.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and credit market dynamics, providing actionable insights to support the institution’s strategic objectives.
- Oversee liquidity management, ensuring robust control of daily cash flows, interest rate exposures, and adherence to internal governance frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Execute high-value transactions, including interbank lending, foreign exchange swaps, and interest rate derivatives, with precision and efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects, delivering on ad-hoc mandates as directed by senior leadership.
- Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field. Professional designations such as CFA or FRM are highly regarded.
- A minimum of five years in fixed income investments, interest rate trading, or asset-liability management, with a demonstrated history of impactful results.
- Advanced expertise in Bloomberg, Microsoft Office suite, and Macro/VBA programming for Excel-based solutions.
- A proactive, self-driven individual with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical capabilities.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin being essential.
