About the company:
As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will spearhead my client’s recruitment efforts on a global scale, shaping the future of the organization by attracting top-tier talent in the crypto and blockchain space. This pivotal role will involve developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to support the firm’s ambitious growth and ensure the firm remains to be one of the leaders the industry with a world-class team. This is a team leading position, great leadership skills is essential. The ideal candidate should be coming from strong TA background with relevant industry experience, experienced in business partnering will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Oversee and streamline the recruitment processes and enhance candidates’ experience, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, universities, and industry networks to enhance the firm’s recruitment reach
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the crypto and blockchain community
  • Based on recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement in our talent acquisition function
  • Participate in other HR projects or annual exercise as one of the leaders in the HR team
Skills & Experiences required:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership roles within the tech industry, ideally within crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors
  • Deep understanding of global recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping techniques
  • Strong track record of building high-performing teams and implementing innovative recruitment solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; additional HR certifications are a plus
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must
