My client is a leading international insurance broker specializing in comprehensive employee benefit solutions. With a strong commitment to innovation and client service, we help organizations around the globe navigate the complexities of employee benefits.
We are looking for a dynamic Manager to join their Employee Benefits team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales lead initiatives and developing strategies to expand client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of employee benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle internal sales leads including but not limited to referrals, digital and inbound leads
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance or employee benefits industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
