Responsibilities
- Monitor daily team operations including quality control checks, productivity targets, and service level agreements
- Drive system enhancements to improve policy service quality and efficiency, and assist with user requirement preparation and document review
- Supervise team and update standard operating procedures for training purposes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Insurance policy administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of insurance products, policy administration guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
