Job Description:
- Manage Accounts Payable processes including invoice processing and expense reimbursements
- Oversee Accounts Receivable tasks to maintain accurate records of client payments
- Conduct Bank reconciliations to guarantee financial accuracy
- Perform Journal postings accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle Petty Cash transactions specifically for Hong Kong office
- Reconcile Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss accounts to ensure financial statements' accuracy
- Assist in the annual exercise such as audit and tax return and work closely with service providers for inquiries
- Bachelor Degree majored in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or other related discipline
- On track to obtain professional qualification such as CPA / ACCA, or similar qualification
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance positions, preferably from similar industry
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
- Welcome candidates who are coming for straight accountancy firms
