This leading European Private Bank is looking for seasoned investment product management talent to join their team covering investment service and governance. You will be joining a team of 4 covering HK & SG. Great working culture and great remuneration package are provided.

As the AD, Investment Service - Product Governance in a Leading European Private Bank, your key responsibility will be to:
- Collaborate with the product management teams to develop and enhance private banking products, ensuring they meet client needs and market demands.
- Implement and maintain robust product governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Liaise with product teams to ensure timely maintenance of the product shelf (additions or removals) by reflecting all changes to the recommended and approved list of products through monitoring product performance and conducting regular reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Advise stakeholders to the appropriate set up procedure and ensure proper maintenance of all products in the product investment service for HK & SG
- Oversee product risk and control framework for HK & SG branches and execute regular product controls.
- Prepare comprehensive product documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk management, operations and front office, to ensure seamless product implementation and process/product shelf change
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience with background in product management, preferrably in private banking sector
- In-depth knowledge of investment products, product due diligence framework and sales processes
- Organized, strong analytic ability
- Knowledge in Excel, VBA functionalities is a plus
