As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their insurance needs are met while delivering exceptional service. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and retention, as well as identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their insurance needs are met while delivering exceptional service. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and retention, as well as identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and services.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Oversee the administration of client insurance policies, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to enhance client portfolios.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and claims, to provide clients with timely and accurate information.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, including renewal status and growth opportunities, to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client services within the insurance industry, candidates with EB experience has an added advantage
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager
