Admin & Receptionist (Investment firm)


Our client:
Our client is a dynamic investment firm, they are now seeking a professional and courteous receptionist to join their growing team. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.


Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome all clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage and prioritize incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendars for key team members
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and light typing
  • Assist with various office management duties as needed


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service-oriented role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of investment or financial services industry preferred
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
