As the Settlement Specialist in a Fast-Growing Chinese Asset Management, your key responsibility will be to:

Manage daily operations, including processing bond and note settlement instructions, client fund transfers, allocation settlements, and repurchase agreements.
Oversee and ensure the seamless execution of settlements, with a strong focus on global equities transactions.
Communicate directly with the front office on significant settlement matters to address any issues promptly.
Handle corporate actions related to bonds, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

requirements.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in settlement operations, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of bond markets, settlement processes, and corporate actions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
