Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to join my client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance the competitiveness in the market while maximizing profitability.
Job Description:
- Guide and oversee the development of pricing strategies, managing the entire pricing process to improve profitability
- Manage customer requests for quotes (RFQ), proposals (RFP), and information (RFI)
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure pricing alignment and support business objectives.
- Monitor pricing performance and profitability metrics, adjusting as necessary.
- Maintain pricing databases and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or supply chain management, preferably in the logistics industry. Candidates from air freight sector has an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
