About the Company:
To cope with my client’s expansion, they are currently looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join their HR team as an Assistant Learning and Development Manager. An ideal candidate should be someone who is able to work as an individual contributor and as a team.

Job Description:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development strategies, programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the manager to identify training needs and create comprehensive training plans
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System for the training records and progress
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks when necessary
Skills & Experiences required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related fields
  • At least 5 years of related experience is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • The ideal candidate would be proactive and innovative, with strong interpersonal skills
