Job description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and generating qualified leads through a variety of channels, including email outreach, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to convert leads into customers
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and operations teams
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of successful experience in a B2C sales or business development role
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Growth mindset and a team player
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities to maintain a robust pipeline
  • Understanding of the tech industry and consumer behaviour
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
