- Prospecting and generating qualified leads through a variety of channels, including email outreach, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to convert leads into customers
- Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and operations teams
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets
- 2+ years of successful experience in a B2C sales or business development role
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Growth mindset and a team player
- Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities to maintain a robust pipeline
- Understanding of the tech industry and consumer behaviour
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
