Job Description:
C&B Operation
- Overseeing the C&B operation to ensure it runs smoothly, including but not limited to acting as a final approver of their monthly payroll, taxation and pension schemes aligned with the HK Labour Ordinance
- Review/ revamp of the company benefits programme, including but not limited to employee pension schemes, flexi-benefits, company medical plans etc. when necessary
- Manage annual C&B exercises including budgeting, salary review, bonus payout etc.
- Act as a trusted advisor for senior management to provide professional C&B advise
- Work directly with the Head of HR and external HR consultancies with any job evaluation/ market benchmarking projects
- Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS and its related matters, including enhancement of HRIS or implementation (if any)
- Assist in any ad hoc projects when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in C&B experience, experienced in C&B projects will have an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with HRIS before is desired
- Candidates who are looking for stability, friendly and willing to get their hands dirty are desired
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Short notice period will be highly preferred
