Job description

We are seeking an experienced Vice President - Program Management to lead large-scale initiatives. This strategic leadership role will oversee complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom infrastructure, digital transformation, and cross-functional program execution.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the program management strategy for telecom/technology initiatives.
  • Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
  • Align programs with corporate goals, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of mission-critical programs, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across business units (IT, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal) to drive cohesive execution.
  • Mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and maintain accountability for program timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Drive agile and hybrid methodologies to optimize delivery efficiency.
  • Optimize resource allocation, vendor contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance scalability and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in telecom project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end large-scale telecom projects.
  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies (e.g., LTE/5G, fiber networks, VoIP, OSS/BSS platforms).
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing of large-scale projects and complex vendor relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to lead under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
  • Tech-savvy and results-driven mindset.
