About the Company:
My client is a multinational group with a strong presence over the globe.

They are currently improving their Talent Management/ Talent Development structure and planning for the group, hence they have newly created a position as the Talent Management Lead looking at a global scope. This role will be closely working with top management while driving and overseeing the Talent Mangement framework and Talent Development Planning for the firm.  
The ideal candidate should be someone who is passionate in the field, agile and visionary with great stakeholder management. Candidates must have similar experience in a scalable MNC before and having experience gained from human capital consultancy maybe an added advantage.

Job Description:
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive talent management framework that aligns with the organisation's strategic goals and fosters a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Create and execute a talent development plan that includes learning plan, career pathways, and performance management processes to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Establish a competency framework to define the skills, behaviors, and knowledge required for success across various roles within the organisation
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify talent gaps, conduct talent reviews, and drive succession planning initiatives
  • Lead organisational design efforts to ensure optimal structures and processes that support talent management and development objectives
  • Participate in other HR projects when necessary
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • At least 12 years of HR experience with a minimum of 8 years Talent Management/ Talent Development experience within a sizeable organisation, candidates from HR consultancy firms maybe a plus  
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is a MUST
  • Good stakeholder management skills with regional exposure
