My client is a renowned insurance broker, and they are hiring Business Development talents to support their business growth in medical, group insurance and GI.

Responsibilities:

To explore and build business relationships with SME, corporate or individuals for new business across group medical and general insurance.
To follow up on opportunities from new leads and business referrals.
To provide benefit solutions and advise insurance to HR parties.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in account management or client services within the insurance industry, candidates with EB experience have an added advantage
Applicants with corporate business development experience from other industries will also be considered.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
IIQE 1,2 are preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Executive level.
