Company Overview:
My client is an insurance provider, that aims to enhance the products and services, improve customer experience, create business synergies, expand distribution, and support business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our product and service offerings. Drive the adoption and engagement of value-added services.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for value-added services and promotions. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer experience.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand the product and service offerings, create business synergies, and support business growth. Manage partner relationships from initial scoping to post-launch maintenance.
• Campaign Management: Design and execute customer promotion campaigns, including planning, preparing marketing materials, logistics support, user-acceptance testing, campaign fulfillment, and results measurement.
• Customer Experience: Understand customer needs and develop strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. Continuously enhance program features based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Project Leadership: Lead the deployment of partnership projects, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Performance Analytics: Design and implement analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and partnerships. Focus on optimizing results and achieving strategic ROI.

Requirements:
• Educational Background: University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in product marketing, project management, and business development, preferably in the insurance industry.
(Open to considering talents with relevant backgrounds from mainland China, Visa can be supported) 
• Partnership & Project Skills: Proven experience in partnership development, project management, and promotion campaign management, especially with mainland China business entities.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance market, China market, and value-added services market is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Cantonese, Mandarin, English
• Personal Traits: Creative, organized, detail-oriented, a good team player, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Opportunities for Growth: Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager role.
