This leading Insurer is looking for seasoned compliance talent to join their team covering brokerage business due to business expansion. This is a one-man band role reporting to the Head of Brokerage. Great exposure and great remuneration package are provided.

As the Compliance Manager in a Leading Insurer covering brokerage business, your key responsibility will be to:
- Formulate and enforce compliance guidelines for onboarding new brokerages, ensuring regulatory conformity.
- Oversee brokerage business activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Act as the main contact point for Hong Kong Insurance Authority, handle responses to regulatory inquiries and audits concerning brokerage onboarding and sales conduct.
- Provide training and support to brokerage staff on sales conduct requirements and regulatory expectations.
- Address and resolve complaints related to brokerages and brokers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize onboarding processes and conduct regular compliance assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brokerage compliance, with a focus on onboarding processes and sales conduct.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the insurance brokerage sectors.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in English and Chinese
