Cyber Security Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our organization's systems and networks from cyber threats. This role involves monitoring security events, analyzing security incidents, and implementing security measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic and security alerts to identify and respond to potential threats or incidents.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in systems and applications.
• Analyze security incidents to determine their impact and develop strategies for remediation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and best practices.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including incident reports and security policies.
• Stay updated on the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.
• Provide training and support to employees on cyber security awareness and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of incident response plans.
• Participate in security audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Work with external vendors and partners to enhance security measures and protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, encryption technologies, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus software).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP) are a plus.
• Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and ethical hacking methodologies.
• Experience with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and the ability to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent writing and communications skills in both Chinese & English.
