We are seeking a dynamic Branding and Marketing Director to lead my client’s brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and CSR initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and events
- Oversee the company’s CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and community impact
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content that highlights our brand values and CSR efforts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding, marketing, and CSR initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure brand consistency and a strong corporate reputation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in branding, marketing, and CSR, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Proven track record in developing successful brand strategies and CSR programs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Passion for corporate social responsibility and community impact
