Company Overview:
My client is a MNC within commercial industry with strong presence over the globe. As a global leader in the industry, they are currently undergoing an HRIS transformation project. They are seeking a skilled HRIS Lead to take the initatives and manage the whole project from pre-implementation to post implementation of the system. 

The ideal candidate should act as a Subject Matter Expert and act as a bridge between HR and IT departments. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze, design, configure, and implement HRIS solutions that align with our business needs and enhance overall HR operations; being able to understand the HR operation in the first place is essential to excel in the role; having certain level of tech knowledge may also help but not necessary. This is a newly created headcount - candidates expereinced in using cloud based systems such as Workday/ Successfactor / Oracle etc. are all welcome. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Global HRIS Implementation Project from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement HRIS initiatives on a global scale.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related matters, providing expertise and guidance to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Manage the configuration, testing, and deployment of HR systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate users on new HRIS functionalities and processes.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within defined parameters.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess system performance, user adoption, and overall project success.
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks if necessary
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of related expereince, having regional/ global expereince will be an added advantage 
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, having experienced in different HRIS systems will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Candidates with short notice will be an advantage
