Our client is a leading logistics company over the globe with strong expansion plan, they are now seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as the Financial Controller to help with their expansion of Warehouse solution (3PL) business and potentially 4PL as well. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire finance function and driving financial strategies to enhance the company's operations and profitability. This is a leadership position that requires strong financial expertise, business acumen, and the ability to implement digital, AI, and data-driven initiatives to optimize performance. This role will be a leading the whole HK Finance team and reporting to the HK CEO.

Job Description:
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth, increase sales, and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging digital, AI, and data-driven solutions
- Act as a strategic business partner, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and drive performance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending actions
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA/ACCA qualification is required
- Proven experience in a senior finance role in a sizeable firm, having warehouse solution (3PL) is a must, while having 4PL expereince will be an advantage
- Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a finance team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels; Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
- Around 13+ years of expereince in the field - candidates with slightly less experience but meet the above requirements are also welcome to apply!
