- As a leader to drive business performance and unleash the potential from UHNW customers.
- To identify business opportunity from channels and cultivate business from Hong Kong, Singapore, China, and APAC customers.
- To liaise with provider to define the product propositions and adivse wealth management solution to UHNW customers.
- To drive channel sales team and support team in achieveing business targets and working toward the business goals.

- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing qualifications preferred
- At least 10 years of insurance industry experience
- Strong UHNW insurnace product knowledge
- Strong private banking and HNW market experience.
- Solid China and APAC experience has advantanges.
- Strong presentation skills, international skills and communication skills.
- Excellent communication skill in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is preferred
