Job Description:
- Lead and optimize service delivery at the firm’s estates, yachts, and luxury properties to deliver exceptional experiences
- Oversee estate and yacht operations to ensure impeccable service aligned with luxury standards
- Strategically allocate resources to optimize client experiences and uphold service excellence
- Establish and maintain operational protocols to enhance service quality and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with teams to innovate and improve operational processes and client experiences
- Monitor feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery
- Coordinate special requests and events to deliver extraordinary experiences at the properties
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality management or similar roles within high-end service industries
- In-depth understanding of luxury service standards and operations management
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional luxury experiences
- Strong language skills in English and Chinese (at least Mandarin or Cantonese) is a MUST
