- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue goals.
- Support and collaborate with the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals with clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve team effectiveness.
- Build, foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in forecasting sales trends and preparing reports for management review.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the tech industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in sales analytics and CRM software to track performance and manage customer relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
