About the Company:
My client is a multinational Financial Services firm with operation across APAC and EMEA. They have recently created this new headcount for the Founder due to business expansions. They are currently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant not only to provide secretarial support to the Founder but also the team leader of the secretarial team. The ideal candidate should have gained experience from handling top management’s (i.e. CEO/ Chairmen) personal and business matters and is willing to go extra mile when necessary.  My client offers a stable career path and attractive compensation package to the right candidate.  

Job Description:
  • Deliver full spectrum of secretarial support to Founder - Provide sophisticated calendar management to the Founder – Manage and prioritise the Founder’s calendar with different engagement and requests. Make a clear judgement to ensure the daily tasks are smooth and with no clashes
  • Manage and collaborate with the other secretarial staff to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Founder
  • Coordinate executive meetings and assist in staff meetings when needed
  • Oversee household management tasks, such as manage the household team, organizing maintenance, managing vendors, and ensuring household operations run smoothly when necessary
  • Assist with personal tasks, errands, and special projects as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks when necessary
Skills & Experiences required:
  • Degree holder and qualification of Business/ Corporate Communication or related discipline
  • At least 10 years of Secretarial experience and at least 5 years experience in serving Company Founders / Chairmen / C-suites, preferably from Financial Services
  • Candidates with spectacular writing skills will be an advantage
  • Good level of spoken & written English, Mandarin / Cantonese is a MUST, good level of Japanese speaking will be a PLUS
  • Detail-orientated, approachable with great interpersonal skills is key the success in this role
