Job description
We are looking for business development talents who are interested in developing careers in recruitment services to join us.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To identify business leads from business leads and job board
• Business development for recruitment services in the commercial or financial service market.
• Work closely with team leader and recruitment team to complete the whole recruitment journey.
• Act as the point of contact to communicate with external HR or business leaders.
• To perform as a junior team member to execute the recruitment process.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-3 years of working experience in sales/account management/business development are highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English & Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Strong communicator and interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
• Sales-driven and eager to achieve more is highly preferred.
• With recruitment experience is highly preferred.
OTHERS:
• Basic salary + ATTRACTIVE UNCAPPED SALES COMMISSION + business meeting reimbursement = HIGH GROSS SALARY
