Senior/ C&B Officer (MNC, Fortune 500) - 28k
About the company:
Our client is a Fortune 500 MNC and a leader in its industry. They are seeking a C&B professional to support the operations of their Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in C&B including payroll calculation and experienced in using HRIS to support the daily operation, this role sits in a team of 5 and directly report to the C&B Manager.
Job Description:
• Take part in the C&B Operation matters including but not limited to payroll calculation, tax filing and benefits renewal etc.
• Calculate and process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments
• Manage payroll operations, including deductions, reimbursements, and compliance with HK Labour regulations
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as medical/ MPF or other fringe benefits enrollment
• Assist in annual C&B exercises such as annual salary review/ merit review etc. when necessary
• Support with ad-hoc projects and duties when necessary
Skills & Experiences required:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on C&B experience
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
• Proficient in using payroll software and HRIS systems, experienced in using SAP/ IPL/ Oracle is a PLUS
• Fluency in both written and oral English and Chinese is a must
