Job Description:
- Discuss with Top Management with the company’s upcoming objectives/ visions on a regular basis, provide strategic ideas for them on talent to organisation design
- Set up leadership programme for senior leaders and young managers for them to ensure their development progression, work closely with external vendors when necessary
- Design the Talent Management (TM) programmes, including but not limited to talent review, succession planning, TM measuring tools etc.
- Regularly review the Talent pool selection process and identify the talents to proceed to company Leadership training
- Discover the learning gap of the leaders and young managers by conducting different analysis / survey, identify the necessary development programme
- Assist with other ad hoc HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or related discipline
- At least 10 years of L&D and TM experience within a sizeable organisation
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Preferred candidates who have good stakeholder management and passionate in TM field
