About the Company:
My client is one of the leaders within the Fintech industry. With the company’s future direction, my client has set up a new headcount as Talent Management Director to look after the overall Talent Management and Organisational Design matters.

They are looking for someone who has solid knowledge in building a Talent Management framework and is passionate about Organisational effectiveness. The ideal candidate has to be someone who is passionate in the field with great stakeholder management and communication skills to join their team. This candidate will be the one to oversee the whole process and procedures of the Talent Management initiatives and act as a Project Manager to monitor the whole process and flow. As this is a team leading position, the ideal candidate should also equipped with proven leadership skills and track record. 

Job Description:
  • Engage in ongoing conversations with senior leadership regarding the company's future goals and aspirations, offering strategic insights on talent and organizational structure
  • Develop Talent Management (TM) initiatives, encompassing activities such as creating development plans, conducting talent assessments, planning for succession, and implementing tools for measuring TM effectiveness
  • Immerse yourself in the complete Talent Management process, guaranteeing that associated initiatives progress as planned and align with the intended goals
  • Consistently assess the selection process for the talent pool, pinpointing individuals suitable for advanced leadership training within the company
  • Build a cohesive team by fostering open communication and trust; delegate tasks effectively, matching responsibilities to team members' strength
  • Participate in any ad hoc task when necessary 
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • At least 13 years of HR experience within a sizeable organisation, candidates have experienced gain as HRBP/ Learning / Talent Management are all welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Preferred candidates who have good stakeholder management and passionate in Talent Management field
