It is a perm position working closely with CIO and senior business leaders to drive impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional digital transformation programs/projects from concept to delivery to change management with measurable impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with users and organizational goals.
- Focus on improving user experience by designing and implementing user-centric digital solutions that address pain points and elevate user experiences.
- Lead process optimization and innovation efforts, exploring opportunities to integrate automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Roll out proof of concepts (POCs) and use cases to drive the development of the lastest business direction and initiatives.
- Document current (“as-is”) processes, conduct gap analyses, and pinpoint pain points to design relevant digital solutions.
- Work closely with various IT teams and other departments/stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, resources and timelines; maintaining good stakeholder communications on project objectives, status, risks and key milestones.
- Drive adoption of digital solutions such as AI and Automation through change management programs.
- Digital enablement through workshops and training sessions to further reinforce and accelerate a digital culture across the organization.
- Keep up to date with advancements in digital technologies, especially AI, to identify potential applications and solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of emerging digital technologies and applications within digital transformation or process automation is a plus.
- Proven track record in large-scale web based system development and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project/program goals and deliver high-quality results.
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
