This role is within the trade support team of this regional securities firm. Having two consecutive successful year for 2022 and 2023 has led to the firm adding a new headcount for the trade support team. This role is perfect for any trade support associate that are looking to step up and be a hands on VP in this organization!
Job Duties:
In this role, you would be mainly responsible to manage the full trade lifecycle including capture, reconciliation, corporate actions and client servicing and to provide support to the Trading desks by investigating exceptions, resolving issues and queries related to bookings and trade breaks. Additionally, you would be given the opportunity to act as a project manager to collaborate with peers to build reporting methodology supporting new products and business initiatives.
Experience required:
The preferred candidate would need to have at least 5 years of experience in a middle or back office role within financial institution. VBA skills are also much preferred to have. Cantonese and Mandarin are both essential.
