This well-reputed asset management company is looking for seasoned investment research professional to join their team focusing on valuation, data analytics and the like in real estate investment due to business expansion. Reporting directly to CIO, you will be joining a team of 7 with great remuneration package and great working culture provided.

As the Investment Research in a well-reputed asset management company, your key responsibility will be to:
- Conduct research, valuation, numerical quantification, business model analysis, financial analysis, financial modelling for various corporate initiatives and asset strategies
- Drive operational and financial analysis of the Group’s assets - prepare annual budget review, cashflow analysis, performance review, dashboard building as required
- Perform detailed analysis of the performance of the group, support functions, Investment properties and the like.
- Work with various stakeholders across the Group and various locations to collate and analyse data
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for senior management discussions and decision
- Participate in ad-hoc market research on real estate and/or other intertwined industries and economies
requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis and modelling, business analytics, research and consulting, or business strategy, ideally from a similar industry
- Sophisticated in numerical quantification and data analysis
- Ability to understand and analyse a business holistically from various perspectives
- Strong desire to learn different fields and pick up new skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both English and Chinese
