As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Whether you specialize in Employee Benefits or General Insurance, you will play a key role in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive insurance programs
- Collaborate with insurers and vendors to negotiate terms and ensure optimal coverage for clients
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including claims resolution, policy renewals, and compliance guidance
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, ensuring clear communication of coverage terms and conditions
- Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive premiums and coverage terms
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products to existing clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance broking, with a focus on Employee Benefits or General Insurance
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., IIQE or equivalent) are a plus
- Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
