Digital Project Manager - Banking

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact digital transformation project in their team, with process mining as the core enabler. The project aims to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience by leveraging process intelligence and automation.
You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and compliance standards.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the digital transformation initiative, with a focus on process mining.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, monitor project progress, proactively identify, and address any potential obstacles and ensure project executions are on time, within budget and in good quality.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with banking stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks, deviations, and automation opportunities in banking workflows (e.g., loan processing, KYC, fraud detection).
• Manage projects in Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate adoption of new processes through training, workshops, and KPIs tracking.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders and business unit to ensure seamless integration of digital finance initiatives with broader digital transformation efforts across the bank.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Business Analyst, Business Information or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in digital transformation projects with process mining.
• At least 5 years of experience in delivering solutions across multiple Division and Departments with a focus on process mining, business process management, or data analysis.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Banking, Insurance or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
