This position entails developing strategic digital product plans, overseeing the product backlog, serving as the customer advocate for technology teams, and designing business solutions. You will guide business product managers in defining their product vision and roadmap by leveraging extensive industry expertise, analyzing business challenges, understanding stakeholder priorities, and applying advanced technical knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a digital product roadmap that aligns with the agency distribution channel's strategic goals.
- Identify and deploy digital tools to enhance agents’ productivity, including CRM platforms, mobile applications, and lead generation tools.
- Improve digital customer touchpoints through agent-integrated solutions, offering features like instant quotes, online policy management, and claims tracking.
- Partner with internal departments, such as IT, marketing, and operations, along with external agency partners, to ensure that digital products meet market demands.
- Monitor and enhance digital channel performance using analytics and user feedback.
- Oversee the product backlog and ensure that requirements are well-documented, prioritized, and understood by the development teams.
- Ensure all digital solutions comply with industry standards and data protection regulations.
- Provide agents with the necessary resources and training to effectively adopt and utilize digital solutions.
- Introduce and implement innovative technologies, such as AI-driven customer insights or automated underwriting processes.
- Educated to degree level standard or above in information technology, computer science, engineering, or relevant field
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and agency distribution frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in managing digital product development and execution.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in utilizing data for decision-making.
- Proven success in managing large-scale product initiatives in the insurance domain or similarly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Outstanding communication skills to foster collaboration across teams and with external partners.
