We are seeking a Data Analyst Manager to join the Digital Transformation team in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will leverage data insights to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with frontline teams to gather insights from external applications and integrate data into internal systems.
- Utilize process mining techniques to visualize and analyze business processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business goals and customer needs.
- Monitor the impact of implemented changes on operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and data analytics.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data strategies that support the bank's digital initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in delivering solutions across multiple Division and Departments with a focus on process mining, business process management, or data analysis.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Banking, Insurance or Financial Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
